Short storage

Since we purchased our 5th wheel we have lived in it traveling. 1 to 3 weeks in any Park then moving along. Other than “in shop” periods it has never not been lived in. We are going to store it for about 3 weeks. I know to turn off the battery but is there anything else I should do? Should I put water and chemicals in the black tank? Should I drain the grey or leave some in it?

Not concerned about freezing. Any other should do’s? Don’t do’s?

Keep a little water in the black tank, drain the water heater and fresh tank, clear out perishables from the fridge and cabinets. Enjoy your vacation, because 1 to 3 weeks ain't a big deal.

Unhappy

I would drain the tanks and leave the water in the water heater. We do not use chemicals in the grey or black tanks (ever).

We only drain the water heater to winterize.

As mentioned disconnect the battery.
