Just a quick note of interest; we went camping on Memorial Day weekend, and broke out the Sidekick grille that came with our camper, and the gas pressure supplying the burner was very low. I had to finish cooking my steaks in the oven!! I took the grille valve apart, (verifying I had gas in tanks) and found an excessive amount of grease inside the brass body and small pinhole sized orface clogged. I proceeded to clean out some of the grease, and visualized through the orface, satisfied it was okay now, and went to re- install the orface tube. Upon tightening the small brass tube, I accidentally broke the thing off in the valve body! I found my operating instructions on the grille, and called the toll free number, left a message with the tech repair man, who called me back the next day. They sent me an entire new valve assembly for free! Even though I broke it off, and told the guy that, also. One year 2 months old- It's great to have places like that who will stand behind their products! GOD BLESS the USA!!
