Smile Sierra 379 FLOK

We bought a 2019 Sierra 379 FLOK in November 2018. We also bought the extended warranty to cover anything that might happen after the 1 year man. warranty expired. Keep in mind our camper has only been moved a total of 2 miles by us since we bought it. It was delivered to us from Ohio to Alabama from the dealer. We live in it FT. 2 months ago our black tank fell out from under the camper. Forest River didn't strap the tanks. I am now finding out that they don't strap very many of them. We have 2 friends that have the same camper as us. I have enlightened them on this. The dealer said it isn't their problem since the 1 year is up and the warranty company is now saying it isn't their problem since the tank isn't broken.... They want us to go after FR!!!! Has anyone else experienced tank issues with FR? I had read earlier that some have stated that their tanks fell out going down the road and some were told by FR not to fill the fresh tank up fully and travel but I can't find the posts now. FR knows this is an issue. Please let me know if anyone has had any tank strap issues with any FR model. I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you

Retired Navy...huh. I did 3 years and the late husband did 12 on subs before his death from Cancer. Good life. They retired him before then so I still have all of the benefits. Drives me crazy when people talk about the military in general. If they only knew how we were taken care of. I could be a poster child for the Navy. Thanks for your service and love the doggggg....
