I have a Rockwood 2503S, and can't locate the screw drive to make the slide work if lose power. I even took it to a Good Sams location, they could not find it. Even at a camp ground we stayed, the tech look for an hour and could not find it. I call Forest River, they said just push it in. any help?
Is it a Schwintek slideout system? If so, then there is no crank.

If its an in the floor slide they may not have added the extension through the frame. Out 2019 East to West had the hole in the frame but no extension rod. I would of had to open the coroplast to be able to get a wrench on the motor. When it was at the factory for repair I asked to have the extensions put on and they kindly obliged. I still need to put the hole in the aluminum for the handle.
