Slide out topper help

Can someone tell me what this device does next to my topper roll out. What brought it to my attention was the fact that the one on our main slide out looked to have been ripped out hanging by one screw.

It is part of the Anti Bellowing Device

The anti bellowing device is a knob installed at one or the other end of the roller tube and is designed to engage a plate on the RV to keep the awning fabric from unraveling while going down the road.

These are the stops for the roller to keep it from unrolling. There is a arm on the roller to complete the assy. PS,the arms are (MANY) times (NOT) adjusted properly. Youroo!!

Looks like the spacer to keep the lock mechanism from hitting the trailer.

Check the following pdf out, and see if figures 16, 17, and 18 match.

EDIT: Sorry for the duplicate. it appears the question was answered as I searched for the pics.
