Slide seal leaking when retracted

2018 Salem Cruise Lite.l. Slide is in. We have had a lot of rain the past couple days. Noticed today around the upper right side of the seal was weeping slightly. I pressed on it and basically created a constant drip that will not stop now. I can visibly see where it is seeping in under the seal and entering. Of course I'm just out of my year warranty so I'm trying to figure out how to fix this. Would conditioning the seals help this? I could see a tiny bit of moisture but no steady drip until I pushed on the seal.

Thank you!
