Small water leak from floor boards???

We have a 2016 Surveyor 30 ft trailer that is one year old. Just got it out of 3 month storage where it was covered and damp rid collected moisture. Looked good. Rinsed out all water lines, turned on A/C and fridge yesterday. Started loading clothes for 50 day trip and found a small water leak coming from baseboard on wall under thermostat between living area and bathroom. Checked under sink area and looked behind drawer on adjoining wall and felt nothing wet. Any ideas about what could be leaking in that area? Turned off A/C for half hour and leak stopped. A/C is back on now and no new water is leaking.

Can't get anyone to look at it before we leave on Sunday... just want some help figuring out what might be issue? Anything on A/C unit we should check? I noticed it was draining outside on one side of the trailer but not the other? Could this be condensation from A/C? Clogged drainage line?

Any help gratefully accepted. Thanks
