So how did you spend Christmas day?

We had 15 people out to the farm yesterday. Breakfast, present opening and Gobbler fest. The DW and I were pretty beat come 8pm last night but a great day with family.

Happy holidays to all.

Stayed in Balgoni all day and avoided that nasty highway 1 by Regina. Saw a ton of marks where cars and trucks had gone in the ditch!

We had the best Christmas in a very long time!! Our son was in a very bad snowmobile accident, on the Saturday before Christmas, life flighted to the hospitals and 3 days later he walled out of the hospitals. His Daughter said all she wanted for Christmas was Daddy home, she and all of us got our wish, it was truly a miracle. He is fine, a little stiff and you would not know he had been in an accident. I hope all of you had a special Merry Christmas as we did.

We had the quietest Christmas day yet. Grandson was over earlier to open a few gifts, then for the rest of the day just my wife, our dog and myself were here. For lunch we had Kraft Dinner and wieners and at supper we had a feast of Liptons noodle soup followed by a homemade banana split. Boy what decadence and then early to bed just like old folks. Actually our children had in-law commitments so they came Boxing Day and we had a real nice get together with lots of laughing, catching up, a great meal by my dear wife and lots of good memories made. I'm not sure if Americans have Boxing Day but it is the day after Christmas here in Canada. Old Guys

We spent the last few days anticipating the arrival of our second granddaughter. We had our usual Christmas breakfast at my in laws. 20 of us chowed down a wonderful buffett of breakfast foods. It was a great time for all of us. Yesterday at 1:31 PM we welcomed the newest member to our family. Brooke Noel Gregory was born. 9 lbs-8oz, 21" Tall. Everyone is doing great. Best gift we all received this Christmas just a little late.

Congrats Charlie. We got our first grandchild 3 years ago on Dec. 20. What a greta Christmas present they are. We have 4 alltogether now, 3yr girl, 2 1/2 yr boy, 1 yr boy and 10 month girl. Let me tell ya, Santa was extra busy at our house. Add in 2 boys with wives and our daughter, my parents and the wifes Mom and sister, quite ba full house. Kids think I better build on to the sun room for next year, so Santa has more room for presents!!!!
