We get our new TT mid April but have a cruise planned and won't get our first trip in until mid May. Have a check out trip planned for Branson and then we want to go on a little longer trip to Nashville.

We plan on a week at Camp Verde, Arizona. Sightseeing and visiting relatives in Tonto Basin and Flagstaff. Camp Verde is between both locations.

BioMan,

I agree that the dike trail system that serves Hells Gate Park is well worth the price of admission. My wife and I have hiked the trail into town from the park on previous visits.

One of our favorite camping areas in north central Idaho is the Lochsa River canyon. Unfortunately, most of the camp sites there donít open until later in the season.

Have a great camping/traveling season.

We'll probably go across to the Olympic Peninsula on the ferry from Coupville, then down the Washington coast, across to Astoria and down the Oregon coast to Lincoln City.

We did the southern half of the Oregon coast at the end of the 2010 season and had to cut it short at Lincoln City when the weather turned sour.

Lou;
WTG! Gettysburgh! Home of the largest civil war battle and infamous Gettysburgh address. I am a big Lincoln fan! Have you ever been to the new Lincoln museum in Springfield, IL?

We are lucky here in Southern Virginia, Loaded with COE camp grounds with a Golden Access Pass we only pay $ 10.00 per night full hook-ups. Planned a short shake down for April 22,23,24 and 25th. Make sure all is well with our new Rookwood 8289. Come the 3rd week in May, we start our trip to Calif. taking the southern route, then up to Gold Beach Oregon for a family reunion and the Northern route back to Virginia, we plan on 2 mos for that little trip. looking forward to both, and safe travel to everyone this season

Not yet; but it is certainly on the list!

We will be in Gettysburg twice this year (back in July for the reenactment).

Maybe we'll be able to join in the NW get-together in Chehalis, too. Hope so, but things have a habit of getting in the way (like back surgery and cordiac surgery last year!!)

Talking

We are seasonal campers now. This will be first full year with lots to look forward to, but with all the fun ideas out there, it makes me want to buy a little something to tow to get around. After we sold our 24' Hi-Lo to get something bigger for seasonal, we tented one w/e while we were out looking. It stormed, nuff said!
