Soft Floor

We have a 2015 Coachmen Freedom Express 320BH, purchased new back then. We just opened for the season and noticed that near both ends of the kitchen island, the floor flexes when you step, the one side (closer to the BH) has been slightly "soft" since the day we bought it. The dealer said it was area just between joists or something to that effect. Now of course after a few years it seems softer and the other side is now getting soft to the step as well. We have never had any water or other damages.

Was wondering if anyone has had a situation like this and what was the repair? We are thinking it is the weight of the kitchen island after years of travel and of course walking on the floor. We are debating taking the underbelly covering off to see what is going on, but was hoping for some insight before diving in.

Thanks for the read and possible thoughts to our soft floor.

I just did a search of the forum. There are lots of threads about this. Here's one of them:

Thank you Cboss for finding this "old" thread. I read through it and it definitely sounds like the problem. Now to get the underbelly off and give everything more support. Again thanks for your help.
