Sold my MH, departing the forum

I had retired early from the US Dept of State where I served at US Embassies overseas. After 5 years and 81,000 miles of adventure in our MH, we decided that I will return to my career for a few more years. Since it would be too expensive to store the RV and toad, I put them up for sale.

A buyer flew in from Seattle and drove the "Bobmobile" home on Wednesday. So I'm saying goodbye to the forum, but I may be back in a few years!

Thank you very much to all that I have learned from here!

Bob

PS Today is my birthday....

Happy birthday! You do NOT want to drop out of this forum because you will eventually get back to the RV life. The things that take place here will arm you with knowledge about the industry and allow you to make a more informed decision about your next RV.

BTW, it could be interesting to hear about your perspective on RVs at your next posting. Do our overseas brothers and sisters share our same joys and frustrations?

MBS

Wow, I really hate to see you go with 81,000 miles on an MBS Chassis. My 2016 Isata 3FW only has 31,000 miles on it and thats 50 thousand miles worth of wisdom I will really miss. Good luck with your career and see you down the road. Mike

Retirement does get boring at times, especially now. The feeling is great however. Looks like you get the feeling twice. Happy birthday.
