We do use our over for baking, but for cooking roasts, chickens etc. I take my Ninja Foodi with us. That little baby can cook a 5 to 7 lb. bird in about an hour and if I use the crisping lid it's nice and crispy too .
Ninja is also great for stews, soups and all in one type dishes - quick as can be and so flavorful! The meat will just fall apart in your mouth!
I have the 6.5 quart size.
