Should say "full hookup" if it has sewer, water and electric and the online site is describing the spaces, at least that has been my experience.

Sometimes that information is listed in the campground or campsite description. The icons are helpful but not all websites uses them. Some campgrounds will have dumping stations instead of sewer hookups. Recommend you read everything to understand what you are actually getting before paying.
It won't take long before you are a pro at this.
