Stabilizer Jack Switch

Hope this is in the right place. I own a 2015 Forest River Flagstaff 832 IKBS. Our last trip out, I was raising the rear stabilizer jacks and a "snap" occurred in the electrical "extend / retract" switch and it wouldn't raise. It would still extend down, but I could not raise it. I had to do so manually. I found the switch at Forest River, but they are wanting about $32 for the switch and around $35-40 for shipping. This seems way out of line for shipping to me. The switch probably weighs less than 3 ounces. Anyway, does any fellow campers out there have any idea where else I might look for this switch. The part price doesn't shock me, but the shipping does. I would even settle for a comparable switch as long as it was rated the same and had the same wiring pegs in the rear as this one. Thanks for any help that can be offered. We have another trip planned in a couple of weeks and I hate to have to raise it manually every time. Thanks again.

Have you Googled "Lippert stabilizer switch"?
That's guessing that the chassis is a Lippert.

You can purchase that switch at most RV dealers for about $10.00. I have had to replace mine twice, so the last time I bought 2 so I have a spare.
It is not fun manually raising the RV with the hand crank. It goes down easily. Need George Foreman to raise it.

That shipping price is ridiculous.

The first time mine failed I was in Colorado. I called my dealer here in NC and had them order one and ship it to me. Forest River has it as a fully assembled unit with lead wires etc. It was over $100.00 but I needed it.
Time is money.

Lippert sure is proud of their switch. Atwoods and others are about $10 on Amazon.
