State Sticker Map

I am trying to decide where to put my new state sticker map. I would like to put it on the side of my slide out. I am wondering if the rubber seal running across it ruins the map? Also where do others put their map?

I had mine on one of the slides of my last RV and no problems. Was on for more that 4 years.

I highly recommend putting it on a piece of Plexiglass or Lexan.

Then you can hang it in a window when you travel, hang it on a stand when you camp, and take it with you when you change campers.

When the stickers start to peel (and they will), it will make a mess of your sides and if you remove them, no amount of buffing will get the outlines off the camper when you sell.

Been there; got the T-Shirt; never again.

Thank you so much! We were just going to hang it up. We are in Maumee Bay campground and our 50amp electric pole went out. It’s is 92 in our camper and just as hot outside. We are miserable and was going to hang it as soon as they get this fixed. Now I have changed my mind! Thank you!

We have our map in a picture frame inside the RV. When we get to add a new one, just take the map out of the frame, put the new state, put it back into the frame. Plus the frame "backing" and the plexiglass on the front do a really nice job of keeping the stickers squeezed nicely in place.

We put ours on the back of our FR3. It is a thick UV protected sticker.
We were going to put it on one of the slide outs to keep it out of the sun but decided on the back location. Been there for over a year with no signs of fade or peeling
