Camco is a great step cover, I genuinely like the texture of these RV stair covers as it efficiently scrapes away at the bottom of my shoes. People only need to do a couple of shuffles over this rug, and virtually all traces of dirt are gone.
I went to Home Depot and bought some of the green outdoor carpet. I cut a piece to fit each step and then used contact cement to glue them to the step.
I did this in 2016 and they are still on the steps and in good condition.
We found 12"x12" I/O carpet with adhesive on back for .79 each. Cut in half worked perfectly for 2 steps. I bought extra for replacing and haven't needed to since 2015. Bought them at Ollies.
