Sticking slide

When moving the slide out the top sticks in place until i give it a slight push. Only happens on the outbound. Any ideas why? This is a 2016 Rockwood Mini-lite 2109s.

Have you tried lubing the slide mechanism?

No but have been reading about it. Brand new trailer wouldn't think it would require it already. I know that you use dry lube on the screw and gear on bottom of slide out. Use the same on the top? Have not looked yet but are the like oversized drawer slides on top?
