Storage question and price check

Hello,
I am talking to a dealer about a 2014 Salem Villa 39FDEN. We like the layout but are wondering if there is enough storage on the unit. Our current camper has storage under the bed and dining room table benches. There does not seem to be any of these large hidden spaces on the Salem or are we missing it?

Also the dealer is firm on the price at 24K, seems reasonable to me but I would think there is room for a lower price. Any thoughts?

It's hard to think that a dealer would price it at the very lowest price they would accept. Do some research on NADA and compare it to the dealer price.
