Storage space cooling

Maybe a dumb question, but the main storage space of my Cedar Creek 36CK2 is air conditioned, pretty cool when I opened it up. Is this normal or do I have a leaky duct?

Most likely leakage from heat ducks nothing to worry about.

Most RVs have roof mounted AC and hence cooling ducts are in ceiling. Heat is under floor. May just be better insulated from outside than inside air.
