I live on the other side of the Smokies and I can tell you there are many U store it places all around here on both sides of the Smokies. I guess there tavel savings if you store your trailer near where you vacation the most, but it elimenates local trips and last minute trips of hey lets go here instead kind of thing. Maybe you do not travel like this, but it is something to consider. Also, we get darn cold here in the winter and pretty hot in the summer. Unless you do it yourself you have to make sure it is winterized before you depart for the winter. If it were me I would want my camper near my home. Good luck with it.
