Question Stove top cover for new trailers

Has anyone recently purchased a unit with the stovetop (no oven option.) If so, did it come with a stove cover? We got a Rockwood 2306 with just the stovetop and were disappointed that it didn't have a cover. My wife wants me to purchase one but our Suburban stove has the dials on the top and they stick up higher than the burners so I can't buy just any aftermarket stove cover. Plus I started thinking that it should have come with it already.

Here is a thread where someone took a wooden butcher block and made a removeable cover. It looked great and also gives you more working space.
