Stuff, Weight, Tires
I was reading this morning about a Frog going on a four day trip and the list of stuff for the trip. It reminded me of when I sold my Class A how surprised I was at the amounted of unneeded stuff I was packing around. A full set of stainless cook ware, an 8 place setting of stone ware including cups and glasses (heavy) six lawn chairs an extra outside table and enough can good to last a year not to mention all the extra cloths and jackets etc just in case. So when I got the TT I went to a 4 place setting of Corelle (light) 4 coffee cups, plastic glasses except my gin and tonic glass 2 camp chairs with tables attached and only enough can goods for the time out with cloths to a minimum. This has kept my weight down considerable and I believe contributed to the excellent tire wear of my original china tires. Just something to consider along with the hundreds of other things the next time you pack for an outing. (this train of thought does not really apply to full timers whole different ballgame)
