According to my dealer, putting supports under the slide out is not recommended.

The only ones I have seen have been on trailers set up permanently on sites where the unit is resting on blocks and the wheels have been removed. This most likely is ok since there is no movement of the trailer as people walk around. If the trailer is still on it's wheels and stabilizers the flexing and motion of the trailer from movement could cause a binding or scraping of the slideout.
