Tail light bulb flash strobe replacements

I am wanting to replace all bulbs in fifth wheel with LED's and found these for tail/brake/turn.

Motorcycles use them in all states , and it would be no different then people that pulse their brakes when coming to a quick halt on the interstate . these are a great thing for TT's

Will red LEDs shine thru red lenses? White obviously will.

Strict legality aside I doubt there are many if any prosecutions for this. I have a strobing 3d brake light on one of my cars as it's a small car and folks love to tailgate it. Quick flash followed by pulsing followed by constant on. It's an in-line module in the wiring.
