The 4th 0f July.................
So what is everyone doing for the 4th?
We will be in Hershey PA, the deck is done on the cabin and now i can enjoy myself, a camping friend and i are going to decorate our golf carts for the Holiday weekend, and drink beer, enjoy a camp fire or two and have hot dogs and hamburgers and drink some more beer...........What about you?

If we camp, it'll be in the driveway. 
My DW, DD & DIL have decided this will be a great weekend to have a garage sale! 
The good news is, the whole family will be together and will have fireworks, hot dogs, hamburgers, watermelon, etc......
Oh yeah, 'Lil Dude will be here.  2½ months old and really growing!

We are headed to Fort Wayne Indiana with the FCRV group we belong to. going to check out the zoo, botanical gardens and ride the bikes along the river walk. going to enjoy the fireworks from the campground. this will be a nice relaxing weekend.

Punderson State Park, Newbury OH about 150 miles from home. Pulling out Fri Morn and returning Mon afternoon. Going to enjoy some fishing, food, bike/hiking trails, swimming, family visits near by and most of all some RELAXING!

In Canada the 1st is our holiday. I will be at 1000 Islands Mallorytown KOA. The campground if about 95% booked. All of the 30 amp sites are filled. Will be helping then owners with traffic control on Thur.

We will be going to Cedar Hill State Park. We will be set up for the long holiday on Thursday. The DW, Dogs and I will be doing all of the things that make you enjoy camping!

I need help!!! 1st time to this site and not sure how to use it. so if I am not in the right place Sorry... I have a 1995 Rockwood pop up camper. We planned to leave with the kids on Thursday for the campground. Yesterday when we were checking everything we went to put the camper down and pop and the front left side fell. looks like a spring came out of the rod of the roof system. Under the step going up to the bed we found the back side of the crank. There is a long spring laying in their that looks like the other end is going up the roof post. Not sure if I should pull it out or what?? We live in a remote area and the only camper place was not much help when I called them.

Sorry Lynatte that I can't help you. Try starting a new thread so someone will see this.
We are leaving Thurs late afternoon for Lake Williamson. Our neighbors with their N2them pup will be meeting us Friday evening. Their DD and our DGD are looking forward to lots of fun swimming, water slides in the lake, paddle boats, canoes, fishing, riding bicycles, and a ton of other things we are taking. We are looking forward to some rest but with DGD we may not get much. LOL Hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable weekend.

Staying home and fishing the honey hole in my back yard. Every 4th we have a few friends over and pull enough bass and catfish for a fish fry and then camp the weekend after with out the crowds.

Sorry to hear that you are encountering these issue just before the big weekend Lynatte but maybe this will help i had a 1990 rockwood 1260xl the same thing happened one end just dropped so when i investigated i found that one of the cables (on the side that dropped) had came off it's pully wheel it took a little Convincing but eventruly got it on.

Heading to Peninsula State park in Door County, WI. I leave on Wednesday and DW and DDs x3 join me on Friday. We're camping though the 8th or 9th.
My folks and brother and his family will be there as well.
This is the second year during the fourth at this park and last year was a blast. 
I'm looking forward to a little experiment. We're dry camping (although I can charge my batteries nearby as needed) and I want to see how long the T145s can go before I need to recharge. Got a new 32gl Barker, too, for the tanks.
Weather is looking good, too... knock-on-wood.

We are picking up our new fiver! 
Then we are staying at the park next door (the same person owns the dealership and park) Friday and Saturday night for a little shakedown with our new rig. We will be back home for the 4th, but can't wait for our first couple nights in our new fiver!
