The most depressing photo of the season

We're holding off a few more days but watching the forecasted lows closely.

Here's a little something to remember what it was like.... just listen....

We camped a couple of times this summer in spite of the heat; looking forward to the next 7 months!

Did mine last week, I retire in February 2014 that going south is sounding really good.

Now for the second most depressing photo of the season....Battery tray empty. This weekend was the last trip of the season. Filled her full of pink juice, removed all bedding and canned goods. Scrubbed every surface and cleaned the carpets. Also after learning a lesson last spring....removed all travel shampoo's and such.

And now for the long 4 month wait....spent my lunch yesterday starting to plan the first few trips of the season next year. Winter Mods anyone?

We are new to this and not sure how to handle winter travel. Our 23IKSS is suppose to have heated holding tanks. But, need to winterize the water lines. We want to travel south from southeast Wisconsin in the winter. Would we leave here with no water in the tank and then winterize when we start hitting colder temps?

In a couple of weeks we plan to travel to Georgia and Virginia and by time we get back it will be early to mid-December.
