The most depressing photo of the season

I think it's time to quit my job, home school the kids and travel south forever.

That's why I'm glad I live in Atlanta. We are out in the RV right now

Even the DW commented that she hates this time of year as we winterized ours this weekend after returning from the final trip of the season.......

Glad we did though. My kids made snowmen in the front and back yards today

South forever? Sounds like a long trip! I think at some point you will have to head north! Better hold onto those gallons.

But you don't have to go that far north.

What different climates we have. I'm in the process of packing mine for a weekend excursion. It's just now got the right temps for camping down here.

If it'll make ya feel better, I won't tell everyone what a great time we had.

Frost advisory for St. Louis tomorrow night. Going to blow the lines out I think rather than go through the whole process. Heading out Friday for our last trip of the season. Nothing beats a crisp October Saturday night around a fire listening to the cardinals whoop up on the sox.

Go Cards!!!

Ahh the joys of winter camping, there is only warm weather camping, hot weather camping and cold weather camping..

That only gets you to the MO/AR border, not far enough!

At least I have something to look forward to during the winter. We go to the Riviera Maya in January to an all-inclusive beach front resort for a week. Then at the end of February we head south to Gulf Shores, AL for the month of March.

Winter Down South

DW says she has to bring her plants in before the frost and put some pink stuff in the P-Traps on both RV's. I keep one of those radiator type oil heaters plugged in for both campers, they have a freeze setting that only allows the heaters to come on when it gets down to 36 degrees. We are heading out on New Years to Gulf Shores Ala. State Park.
