I grew up in Lubbock. There is an actual prairie dog town at a local park.

I lived in a house about a mile from there until I was 4.

So.....that would be a complement in the Rat Rod world. It is actually quite impressive when your standing right next to it.

Exactly. It is certainly one of the most unique rat rods I've seen.

Not One But Two
We were out on S I-85 between Henderson and Oxford and saw not one but two TV pulling at least a 30 ft TT with no WDH. The camper rear was up in the air and the front low like the attached picture.

We ran into Dollar Tree near Disney World and outside sat this car. It drove off while we were inside. Like serious, you get your car back out of impound after it's been shot up and you're like, "YOLO! Let's go to Disney World!"
Note the bullet holes and evidence tape:
And then there's this bullet hole in the middle of the windshield + more evidence tape:

As a disclaimer this was from an article I came across. I couldn't help but to screen shot this. Really should have posted a link for those who want to see it. There is a real goose neck bolted to the aluminum rear end housing. Not ideal to me but not my vetts. The article did say the trailer and striped racer was about 5500 lbs. As the DW says when she sees these sort of tvs. UNDER DUTY. It did say they were going to beef it up. Not sure how but we can put that one to a pay load discussion. All of this was to save MPG over his suburban 8mpg. Claims 14 while towing. It is arrow dynamic.

I saw that too. I like it.
Seems like he could use some bags on it.

Look At Me!
Saw some semi truck rig camper with obnoxious LED strip lighting on the ground surrounding the "camp area". It looked like a landing strip at night. Think that person is conflicted towing a tiny coupe EV to make up for all the diesel that is sucking and polluting. There were some other excessive items in the open. Some people.

Things You See Along the Way
One way except for buses? Demolition derby on city streets? Never seen this sign before.

I saw this guy camping on the East San Juan a couple weeks ago. Apparently, he's a regular around Pagosa Springs.

Not something you want to see. I think it was a class a diesel pusher, but there was not enough of it to confirm that. Everyone got out and watched it burn to the ground. It was on I-80 in Wyoming a long way from any town.
