Not in a campground, but in a Walmart parking lot, which is kinda like a campground. 
And yes, they were all hooked together!

Yep - we have one like that for our cargo trailers at my wife's business. It has a black base that slides down over the orange/red cone.

saw this little beat over the week-end in Quebec, the gentlemen had finished it two weeks ago and was trying it out, gave us the tour, TV, potty , 12 inch ceiling fan, 48 inch bed. He still had a few ideas for cupboards and storage around the exterior. you got to luv the ingenuity and time peoples take to create. ( they were 2 in it )

Those rigs are used because they are not considered a second trailer so they can be used in states that don't allow 2 trailers to be pulled by the same truck.
