Maybe I'm a bit of an over-protective mom & grandmother, but this just looks like a bad accident waiting to happen. Not to mention the thunder & lightening that was moving in fast and the flagpole right next to the tent!

I do not like it when the Sewer connection is that close to the water connection. I carry a pistol grip spray bottle with a solution of water and bleach. I spray the water connection before I connect. Especially when the water is at a height that a dog might pee on it. Sounds crazy but I have seen loose dogs pee on every vertical pole.

Those popups are seen frequently at motorcycle rallies. Harley Dressers and Honda GoldWings pull them no problem. Better than sleeping on the ground!

Or head up to Cass Scenic Railroad in WV. Only train of its type in the world I understand. Old logging train with vertical pistons. Ride it up the switchbacks to the top of the mountain. From there you can go to the Durbin and Greenbrier Valley railroad in Durbin, WV and then to Elkins WV and ride that one.

I agree, Tom. The only thing in that photo I would want that close to the ground is the sewer hookup. I like to see the water and electric around 3 feet off the ground. Is there no code/regs for the electric?

That sounds like a worthy trip! Another good one is the old East Troy Electric in southeast Wisconsin. While you're at it, hit the Illinois Railway Museum in Union, IL. Some very unique motive power there.
