I dunno. The fender clearance looks similar front to back. I think the rear tires are just in a hole. The ground looks pretty wavy in the picture.

Saw this combo at the Three County Fair, Northampton, MA this past Saturday.
1926 Ford Model T pulling its tag-along.
Check out how many states they have camp in. US map located behind rear fender.
