I told you the 1/8 ton truck would not be able to handle the camper.

Cool pic. The DW would be all over it.

Think outside the box when considering what engine went into what. Does anyone remember what was going into NAPCO trucks?

Big stuff went into fire equipment earlier than what hit the market...

Are you old enough to remember? The V8 had a crown on it...

That was the king of the V8's though...

OK, OK, OK. All I know is that when I was a teen in the `60's, needing a pickup to pull a horse trailer, all the ones I could afford, from the `50's, had sixes in `em. A quick googling pointed to the `59 as first V6 GM pickups.

Those straight sixes made about 50 horsepower but had plenty of torque for pulling a two-horse trailer.

Changed many of them. On top by each intake runner.

I think that's a custom build. There was a sign on the side, which might say if it's a coach company. I'll check it out tomorrow

Powerhouse Coach makes 'em like that. Not sure if that is one of theirs or not...

At our seasonal campground in chincoteague Virginia, we are close to the Wallops Island rocket launch faculity. One camper has a replica rocket installed behind his camper.

I sure hope that's not the normal water level.

I have seen that "Beast" rig somewhere. Don't remember where though. I know it's the same one due to the Texas on the side and the air brushed tiger on the front. It stuck out there too. Think it might have been in Tennessee last year, just can't remember.

I think you nailed it! Thanks. Currently browsing their rigs now. The cost must be right there with Prevosts.

Might also be a Kingsley

We have been there for 3 years and this was an unusually high tide. Highest I've seen. That is normally a 12ft wide,1 ft.deep creek.
