One of the campgrounds we stay at every year got one in that they rent to people. Got a chance to look in it there and really does pay homage to the vintage years. The interior reminded me of the kinds of trailer that Dad used to take us kids camping in 30-40 years ago.
Yep front storage door was a change to make room for the bathroom in the back

Itís the most beautiful blue color. The steps are crazy. Iím going to have to walk past it (vs driving past a row away) and get some more pics.

As far as Iíve been told- this is the truck for this camper.

Activation of the Level Up system should register on the Richter Scale.

I like how she used the term semitrailer and not RV when describing that rig.

Gregg was the person who started RV Haulers a company that converts Volvo tractors to haul a RV. Very nice guy who helped a lot of people who choose to go that route to pull large 5th wheels ( including myself ) He also helped start RVH Lifestyle, same type of company here in the states with 2 other gentleman. He was popular over on the Escapees forum with the HDT crowd. Hope this helps you some

Yes, thank you. Iíve seen your setup at Goshen. I searched just this thread for Ďshieldsí and found nothing. I assumed there was an inside story. Good day!

With the combined length of 57í feet and extended tractor. Bet youíll need a permit to operate in most if not all states, typically 60í total.

So nice. It even had the TP holder mounted on the wall. Never seen that in an RV before .

Now I want one of these as but the DW would never step outside.

Remember back in the ol' distributor days (on the motors with the distributor on the front of the engine) if you hit any good sized puddle the distributor would get wet and the engine would quit. Been there....been stranded.

Used tub & tile in a tube to fix that. Otherwise slow down when entering the river to cross it. LOL...
