I often drive in the far right lane. Especially when there are 3 lanes, people get in the middle lane and sit there; it's their lane, and by god, they're not going to get out of it. More and more semi's seem to be doing the same thing. The far right lane is often empty.

I was always taught that slow traffic is to keep right. If you're in a middle or left lane and people are passing you, you need to move to the right. But no one seems to do that anymore. So I pass on the right. If you're bothered by people passing on your right, I'd suggest you move to the right.
They think they are "entitled" to do anything they want. Rules are too old school.

Things you see in an RV Park

[QUOTE=rockfordroo;1751338]The problem is too many people nowadays think the middle lane is for slow speed.
I often drive in the far right lane. Especially when there are 3 lanes, people get in the middle lane and sit there; it's their lane, and by god, they're not going to get out of it. More and more semi's seem to be doing the same thing. The far right lane is often empty.

Semi's do it because many are watching fuel mileage and don't want to continually slow Dow for people exiting or the many that don't seem to know how to merge when getting on. If you think the constant speed up, slow down is frustrating in a car or 20,000 lb MH, try it with 80,000 lb, especially if you are paying for the fuel. That said, I understand both ends of that coin.

That's why I would run the middle lane.. Not going to slow down every time someone can't figure out how to merge or figure out what exit they need.

I think they cut the doors short for air circulation. Doesn’t help much with sound or odor control, though.

Agreed. This thread needs to get back on track!

Saw this last Halloween. Notice the smoke machine in the background.

Saw these at Algonquin Provincial Park (not exactly a “RV Park” but outstanding camping in campgrounds and back country). The second pic is a Grey Jay, recently named as Canada’a national bird.
