When we had the manual stabilizers I used a cordless drill that would not do anything but put them down far enough to stabilize. i tried an impact and hated the noise and thought it was disturbing to the campground.

If the ground is really uneven, I can see getting that high very possible. I've done it, before I knew better.

It's possible to do with the manual hand crank.

I know this now, but only after learning it on this forum, years after I had gotten my first trailer.

So much I've learned from this forum, yet so much to learn...

Looks like the original got tore off and he picked up the closest cap at an RV junk yard, look at how that trim meets. I bet that's a story and a half.

He used a ratchet wrench and a 6 foot breaker bar.

A seasonal site with a “subtle” personal touch. These pictures really don’t do this thing justice. You need to see it in person to get a feel for the out-of-place ugliness of this thing.

Saw this rig in a parking lot in Bradenton Fl. a couple of weeks ago. I hope the pic shows up. If I remember correctly, I think it had Minnesota plates. o.k I got the pic to show up but it is on its side.
