Somewhere in central Nebraska. I assume headed to an RV park. This guy was impressive because he backed it out of the parking lot because trucks blocked him in. Not sure how he pushes and pulls all that with a gas engine. No diesel pump here.Click image for larger version

I think I posted this picture before but for those of you that are familiar with the "American Horror Story" series. Here is a picture of pepper getting back on the bus at a rest area. Click image for larger version

Nice decal!

I asked if I could put one on our truck, DW said the racoon was "cute"...

I'm always amazed at what thing people pay to store. There is a rusty old travel trailer at my lot. Anywhere rust can be, it is. My DW says maybe it has sentimental value to someone. I think the owner died and has his storage fees on auto pay.

Yay cherry festival/traverse City state park.

We were up in Sutton's Bay the day of the big power outage. Wild Cherry campground was out for (4) hours. We were happy we had just installed a 50 amp Surge Guard, on our rig. Both our A/C units were running full blast all day.

Big power outage? They were telling us it was a campground-only transformer. Got our $32 back, but golly it was a warm night.

These weren't at the campground, but a few miles up the road in Antonito Colorado. Both are home made houses made out of all scrap and salvage material. Very interesting.Attachment 179460Click image for larger version

Not sure I would want to be in something like that here in Florida during a hurricane.

OMG... I swear we saw that truck. It was at a Walmart in TN or somewhere. I wonder where this pic was taken.

Way back at post # 5727 (Link) I mentioned seeing some sad, neglected RV's at our lake community. This one could be the poster child. Put in while new, never moved again. Used for a few years then the people stopped coming. Looks like someone bought it and the lot it sits on, but I dunno if they are making it better or worse.

Notice the 'attempt' to stop the roof leaks. That's just big sheet of vinyl (actually a used billboard sign) that they literally nailed over the front of the roof of the camper. Not to mention the high-tech slide-out retention system. They must be staying in it. They have it plugged into a generator, and TV antenna is up now...

It was a nice camper once. Judging by the efforts of the new owners, it never will be again. Sad.

Maybe it's just the pic, but it looks like a tree grew in front of it since it was put there!

LOL. Nope, just he picture. Tree is a good 4 feet off to the side. Probably woundn't want to back in from up-hill with the tree on your blind side.
