This one though, looks more RV like, since it has a Dometic on the roof.

I am on a tiny home/cabin forum and some of those people make me scratch my head. It's as if having the least sq. feet is a badge of honor.
"Oh, your cabin is 576 square feet? Well, we are raising 2 kids, 3 dogs and a cockatiel named Sam in only 325 square feet so we are better than you (last part is never actually spoken, just implied at the top of their lungs)
Oh, and it's even better if you pay more than what a Cedar Creek Hathaway Edition costs for it...

They claim it is "Off Road" due to the high departure angle. It has very little ground clearance at the axle and forward. It does have good sized tanks, something "Tiny Homes" do not have, most do not have tanks.

This is on the road next to ours. I’m not sure what happened but saw them putting plastic on the corner as we pulled in.

It's a self centering steer axle. They are also used on large cement trucks. The from a-frame is just a vertical pivoting draw bar, not attached to the axle at all.
On edit, guess I should of fast forward before answering. Oh well.

These 2 were in Bar Harbor KOA. The first I know nothing about. The second is a remake.

Spending some time relaxing after Goshen. Currently, in Traverse City, MI @ Holiday Park CG. Our neighbors a few sites down have a very interesting pet. Can't say I've ever seen this in a CG. Did a double take the first time we saw her as she was being walked on a leash.
This is a family pet and travels the country with them in their van & RV. She can do tricks and loves prunes!
Here's my wife with our new friend.

Agree about these tiny homes.
As already commented they could have considerably more in a TT for less money.
Maybe someone will do a reality show something like "Trading Spaces" from many years back, they did follow-up shows occasionally called "Trading Space, They Hated It" or something close! I believe it was on TLC network.
