Well cowracer, I am sure all are impressed at your "title". BTW, I am an engineer as well. But, train engineers only get that title after many years of experience and extensive training. Not good to minimize someones job in comparison to another mere "title". My uncle was the senior engineer for CSX and was a true professional. No BS (many refer to that as bullsh**) but a professional none the less.

A) you bring up a post from over a year ago to take offense at it, and
B) you completely missed the part that it was a JOKE (hence the little laughing emoji like this -> This may help. link )

Things you see in an RV Park
I'm an engineer but a sales engineer. I have 37 years of training and I am still just a sales engineer, but I know how to fly a space ship, so I win. Trains go in straight lines with a few curves. [emoji102]. This is all true, ask me at the international Rally.

My dad sold oil products to business and farmers. He business card read “lubrication Engineer”. Someone asked him once how he got to be a lubrication Engineer. He said he just went to the print shop and had them put it on his business cards. Lol

I’ve heard of Nobel Peace Prize being given that way.

We could never get my dad to go camping with us. He said he had enough of that BS (not the type you get from collage) at the end of WW2 in Germany.

LOL, Several years ago I was promoted to Manager of Sales Engineering North America. When we visited a prospect their CEO looked at my card and asked "Are you a Manager, Salesman, or an Engineer?" Having been around sales folks way too much I replied "Which one do you need?" That cracked the meeting up...and we got the sale...
Being a SE was one of the best jobs I every had. It was easy after I learned to say "Let me clarify that..." after the sales guys finished speaking!

Nope, it is a female peacock. The male is the loud one in the morning, sounds like they are yelling HELP. It liked the rooftop right in front of my bedroom window.
