While I 'maybe' couldn't see an opened awning (too high but maybe I could in the convex part of the mirror) I CAN see the arms and it is easy to see if they are not collapsed onto each other. ESPECIALLY with my hold down poles and brackets!

You don’t need those!!! Ha ha

Propride hitch. I have one. Generally, I can hitch and unhitch faster than others.

It all stays on the trailer. You only move the stinger which weighs in at about 40 lbs.

Do a search on Propride or Hensley hitch. While they are way more expensive than any other, they perform as advertised. Trailer will tow similar to a 5ver.
Unless you have a stinger, you will have to remove the hitch to steal the trailer.

Yep.
Be happy to offer any advice on local sight seeing.
Heck... my bluegrass band has even played at Friendship Village in the past.
Maybe we could have a big hoedown during the rally in their barn!

Past two years at Peach rally we have had a local blue grass band and they where good. First year even one of the Frog attendees got to play with them. great time. Send any info you care to share on Bedford PA. If dblr decides to do rally there next year I could try to make it again. Later RJD

That was my dad, mom and us four kids in 1978. Dad’s brother— my uncle — bought the school bus and took out the seats. He started to make it into a motor home but lost interest and sold it to dad. Dad finished the interior and packed us all up in it the summer of ‘78. We traveled from Boston to the west as far as we could go for one week and then turned back. The following summer dad wanted to do it again and we begged him to paint the exterior. He did (blue on the bottom half, white on the top) and away we went west for the second summer. That was the start of my love of RVing.
