LOL - kidding … I can still remember the day I came home from school and we had a new color console floor model television - and it got new channels (UHF).

Good idea that I would make use of. I'm sure some campgrounds don't allow it.

Appears someone has engineered a tent camper on top of an Army MKT (Mobile Kitchen Trailer) chassis. Necessity is the mother of invention!

I still remember the “Indian Chief” test pattern on our old Motorola.

I remember watching tv on the RCA TRK-9. Was a pain to tune it so you see what your watching. The sound was good even if there wasn't a picture. The actual size of the tube was 12" diameter.

Ahh, now I'm feeling old, where has the time gone???

The game was literally called "Fire Truck". I dropped many a quarter in one.

I saw this. or a very similar rig near Selma, Al in 2019. Canadian guy almost ran out of gas and limped, literally, into a station where I was getting diesel. Said they were returning back to Canada after a US tour.

So DW and I are sitting around the campfire a couple weeks ago and a new looking 5th wheel pulls in. Guy starts backing in to his site, stops, gets out and starts cutting limbs off a tree so he can back the camper in further. After he gets the camper where he wants it, he climbs up on the roof and starts cutting several limbs down from the trees around his camper. Been camping all my life, never seen this before.

What did the campground operators say when you visited with them about it?
