^^^^^ VW abuse

How's this for a "Golf Cart" in Fort Wilderness? Campgrounds anywhere else I've been wouldn't even let you unload it never mind operate it on the roads.

Last month, we saw several gas powered carts and a Kawasaki Mule. But a Razr? Wow.

First the Physics nerds brought us Fusion.

Then the Chefs.

Now the RV community.

Sorta novel idea if you have an old Type 2 from the Rust Belt that is Swiss cheese from road salt. I truly hope that no decent rebuildable vehicles are being sacrificed.

It's a High School + Westfalia memories thing.

Looking at this pic and other school bus/vw conversions in this thread the first question that came to mind was...bridge clearance????

Around here, La. & Ms., most campgrounds specify battery carts only to exclude them.

That's what I see too in my travels. That's the exact reason I went with my 48V Yamaha.

Yep I saw all that. He just like you say. Lives in the fringe.

We went down & drove thru Slab City and saw many just like him.

The site team has performed a thread clean up. Several posts were deleted because they were either: a) inappropriate for a family friendly forum, b) off topic, or c) a child post to another post that was deleted and as such no longer made sense when standing alone.

Please remember this is a family friendly forum and as such posts containing vulgar language that are overly explicit or obscene, images or links to websites with adult content/images are not allowed.

Thank you for understanding.

WD--all three of those pictures were taken at slab city. It an old abandoned government base. Not sure what it was originally? But all the buildings are gone but the concrete slabs are still there. Thus slab city.

It about 100 mile S/W of Quartzite Az. In Southern California. There are many nomads out there. It's is for sure worth a drive thru.
