That's a shame to do that to the trailer. I'd like to hear how that turned out when he got to the dealer.

Probably will complain that the dealer reneged on the original deal and lowered the trade in value just because of a flat tire.

Some people just don't care. It's a disposable world, everything is replaceable.

I've seen people with boat trailers riding on rims for miles cutting groves in the asphalt. Most of the time the axle give out and the rim flys into someone's yard.
I watched a tire with a rim pass the TV one morning heading to the ramps. The axle just snapped as he was driving.

SAD, sad way to treat a rig.
Went by the one dealer today I didn't see it there. I was going to look tomorrow at the other dealership since it just down the road from work. I was curious my own self as to the result of the deal.

That's pretty standard here in SD during the summer.

We camped next to this Hilux TDI in Manatee Springs, FL:

They were plated from South Africa, right end drive. Tried to say hello but they were very private people. After they left, a motorhome plated from Germany pulled in (I need to find the pic, it was pretty neat looking).

Not in an RV park, but worth a picture or two. I spoke with the owner and he said he used to live in an area with lots of deer. That does not explain all the stuff on the back.

as someone who once did a in-depth evaluation on a 95 Dodge as a hunting load for deer (great energy transfer and knockdown power, poor usable meat per cost of round compared to a 30-06), I can tell you that those little angle irons won't do much of anything, other than fold up like a lawn chair, during a deer strike.

But I guess "to each his own"

doesn't it depend on the angle of the bars... ie a 180 vs 90 degree?

Two things......

I have two things.

First...... I really like this nightlight. Anyone know any details?

Second......... Check out this hitch. Saw it on a (fairly big) camper in storage. Gotta be adding a couple hundred pounds! Glad I don't have to lift it. Crikey!
