Looks like a floatable clay thrower, good for Chukar hunting practice.

I looked it up. The truck depending on if it's 15 or 17' has tow cap of 7500 or 10000. The real problem is the trailer is only rated for 5290#s. He's way over with all considered.
I'm going to say his trip ended right there.

With the trooper there, that is most likely the end of his trip.

Grocery carts are just as nasty. Imagine how many snotty kids have ridden in those carts, not to mention waste from diapers and the bottom of their shoes. All right there where you put your food!

Just saw a 2011ish Ram 2500 club cab with the bed off a Mega cab and a dually conversion. Looked generally well done but still running the 2500 wheels up front.

There's a company in the Midwest that will convert (or sell you the frame extensions) a Mega-cab to an 8'bed (the way it should of been).
Basically it's just a matter of splitting the the frame rails and adding the extension channel in the middle along with the brake line, fuel lines, and wiring harness. Then sell the shorty bed and bolt on an 8 foot bed.
This conversion is way more appealing and useful to me.
Those mega cab beds are tiny and useless.

That's what I would want. Mega cab and 8' bed. Short bed duallys look silly to me.

Has a welder on it. Maybe a boat dock repair vessel.

Almost looks like a large popup or similar that they made into a trailer by using all the scrap sheet metal from their neighbor's shed. But, they did put in an air conditioner... Smart.

Reminds me of a roach coach food trailer. Got the big vent that could have been over a fryer or grill. Cheese steak anyone?

It has blast doors on it! So when kim dung phume can get it up in the air you won't have to smell kim dung.

Looks like redneck improvisational skills to "hurricane proof" their pop up. Only window is on the door. Expecting weather?

Should be careful could be someone on this forum who is very knowlegable. I think FR has a dual axle model.
