Seems to me the short bus idea was the first Toy Hauler - Race cars, rock crawlers, etc, etc.

Have two... Both from our past weekend at Williamsburg.

First was not technically IN the RV park... But some we are on I295 around Richmond and this kid in a honda civic (blue sprayed wheels, wing larger and worth more than the car, and some kind of D-hook sticking out the bumper) rolls up next to us.. Now I have the trailer and am set at 63mph. He sits next to us and starts revving his engine and hitting his rev limiter while trying to stare us down...

I am sorry your in a honda POS... Eventually he changed lanes and did the same on the other side before speeding off an off ramp, almost missing the turn in the road.. Oh dear.

Second.. I wake up and am outside enjoying the morning view.. The neighbors have a RV Rental Sunseeker so I am all ready gets images of "RV" and Robin Williams.. As I am watching three standing around the sewer hose looking baffled. One is at the dump site, the one is at the dump valve and the third, well he is looking into the sewer hose....

They managed and I did not see any poo flying, but there was a few of us watching, not sure if we should be horrified or enjoying...

Don't know what to say about the first part, but when we went from Virginia to California a few years back, we took I-40 across and always ran into those rentals. Oddly enough they were always from France or somewhere just clueless about camping. I talked to a french family one night, they said it's a big thing for them to fly to Chicago and rent a M/H and drive the old route US66. Mostly 2 families together. For what they told me they had to pay for them to rent one that long, they could have bought used and resold it before going back. They told me it was a dream vacation and very popular thing to do. Mostly all Europeans. Big thing over there....

You know, that interesting. When I was in Canada many years ago we were next to a French couple. Never saw this before but they rented P/U and insert camper.. Never saw that before. I tried to offer help with their sewer fiasco.. Hubby got a bath later.. But they were not very nice. Oh, well.

The Honda "tuner" crowd gets all uppity when I point out to them that my starter makes more torque than their whole engine.

Before picking on someone that can't read, they should at least know how to write. It should read Seat Provided "By", not For.
