Saw this in Texas, Coleman trailer being pulled with a 3500 2X Dodge dually with the Cummins.

The A/C unit had bowed the roof.

This is also a good reason to quit tent camping and buy a FR trailer.
Oh what the frig? What state was that in?

I wonder if the roof was bowed because of the weight of the A/C or if the roof had been weakened because of water damage?

I took the picture of that Wolf Spider at Hawn State Park (site #16) in Missouri. It was the biggest one I’ve ever seen.

As I was coming back off the roof down the ladder, my pants fell down.

Got 3 horn honks before I reached the bottom rung! LOL

Hope you had on that clean pair of underwear momma always told you to keep in the glove compartment!

Oh another thing it doesn't have a/c, it has only 10amps but it will go anywhere. Him and his wife are planning a Alaska trip this year, said he was driving the Dalton Highway.

A friend of mine has one, it only had a few hundred miles on it when he purchased it from the Army.

Some Coleman PUPs of that era (Circa 2000) had serious roof issues. Not all, but maybe 20%. This guy's unit obviously was one of the bad ones. I had one before my current Roo and mine was still sound.

It was something to do with an error in the manufacturing process.

Of course it was. Diesel a/c units are always heavier than gasoline ones!

Window A/C mounted to a piece of plywood and set on the ground in front of the door of a .......tent! Everyone had to step over the A/C unit to get in & out then zip the flap closed as tight as possible.
