not sure what is going on in the back passenger door? It almost looks like there may be a fight going on and after the truck is hit the person runs away.

It appears that the truck owner was surprised when their truck got hit and ran away as it moved.

Maybe they both were playing tag on the highway. I don't think the trucker would pull in a rest stop the wrong way. Looks like he was intentionally trying to get the truck and trailer. Must be an extreme case of road rage, i.e., criminal stupidity.

I saw a fifth wheel converted into pirate ship and elaborate Halloween display at Disney's Fort Wilderness.

Speculation about the cause or or reason for this incident could go on forever. It's just like the talking heads on the news telling everyone the reason the Malaysia 777 disappeared. We'll probably never know.
Looks like the truck was exiting the rest area and for whatever reason the driver changed his/her mind and turned around. Maybe they suddenly remembered they left their cellphone in the bathroom

I have a bumper sticker on my TT that says I consider road rage assault with a deadly weapon and will react accordingly.

I'm sure that the "rest of the story" involved someone getting an education in how to take a world-class a**-whupping.

Not so sure he was running away. It looks to me that the duel wheels on the trailer would have been pulled right over the cab of pickup had the driver not stopped.

Hmmm, the way I see it, taking time to assess the situation while calmly "leaning" against the post might have produced a solution to being able to use the outdoor kitchen (and gaining access to the all important beer in the fridge)!

This was on 95 in Florida. It was an older motor home and a total loss, obviously.

Hope them folks are okay and have insurance. These trailers and M/H will go up in flames in a hot second no pun intended. Get out and run as far as you can away...

The pot legalizing rv went up in smoke the other day on the Delaware Memorial bridge... Wonder what the cause of the fire was... All I know is all the fireman had a severe case of the munchies afterwards...
