For those of you (us) who are sometime concerned about the vehicles you see towing a unit, here's a new one.

I get a newsletter from Swan Bay Resort in the Thousand Islands area of NY, and they've been promoting the swan sculpture that they've had created for their entrance. Today I got a series of photos of it being installed. The Shasta Flyte "throwback" has the traditional 1950's wings, so that probably makes it easier to tow.

I hope they installed "air brakes" on that unit....

I know of at least two business jets painted all black. If it's a sunny day and a late afternoon departure is planned the airplane has to be repositioned on the ramp a couple of times to keep the door out of direct sunlight. Something to do with unequal expansion/contraction of the door vs the surrounding frame causing sealing problems when the door is closed.

Won't mention the owners but they are definitely eccentric enough to have a black airplane.

No, you need a B1Rd.
I think the one pictured is over weight though.

So this MH pulled in near us yesterday. DW asked me what could be in the big trailer. I guessed tools, etc., for a work project or a race car [emoji469]. She guessed car. That's not a yellow submarine they unloaded.

I just don't get the allure of these things. You can buy a 5th wheel or TT with more room and amenities for less than the cost to build one of these tiny houses.

I think a lot of these folks aren't aware of that. I've never had a FW, but must be easier to tow than this unit.

The younger generation wants to have the image of having less of an environmental impact but don't want the old fogey RV.
Kinda similar to Pious owners.😉
