So....just based on the pictures.....
The Bounder was parked. (Notice the front jack down)
The guy with the 5th wheel was trying to go by very very close for some reason, and ran into some serious trouble.
The tow vehicle is not a Ford.
Did I miss something?

No, the the bounder wasn't moving, so there was no excuse for this. I can't call it an accident, mishap or mistake. Poor driving maybe?
