Not in a park but on the street near the Street Car rail in New Orleans.
I had to presume he wasn't going to make it inside, or maybe the door was locked, because the unit wasn't his.

With the amount of crime and number of murders in NOLA odds are he is trying to make it his if just until caught.

Yep... if we didn't have snow up to our A** I'd be out too.
Cold wouldn't stop us but the white stuff does.

At the CG where we were seasonals for the last couple of years there were quite a few campers that looked like those.

Many times they are only "seasonal" in the sense that they are essentially living at the campground while they work some sort of construction job. Lots of iron workers or pipe fitters and such. When the job is done, they pack up their camper and move on to the next job site. It's apparently cheaper than hotels/motels.

That is kind of surprising, especially since it's small and out in the middle of nowhere.

What?

Saw this truck at a NC rest stop today. When I saw it, I had to ask, what? Driver said his company delivers camper awnings, so of course the protruding tube is for the longer ones. Said he had delivered three units this morning.

Some plumber trucks had those for full length pipe. Nowadays with PEX you don't see it as much.
