Thought this was quite the I nique tow vehicle. Checking into Thousand Trails Orlando yesterday.

I've read where they can be a tax/insurance/zoning benefit since they are not considered R/Vs and can in many cases, be classified for full time living.

Actually there are only four provinces that require license plates on front and back.
B.C. , Manitoba, New Brunswick and Ontario.

I got about a 50% tax break (SC) when I registered my TT as a second home.

I've seen both New Brunswick and Quebec vehicles with front plates, but don't remember what type of vehicle they were (truck/car).

Since the poster that posted the photos is from Mississippi and commented the tiny house was at a local Walmart, I'm not guessing NJ.

This cool old bus was sitting on lazydays used lot. I thought it was primer gray until I got close enough to see it was wrapped in carbon fiber vinyl.
